Responsibilities of your role 

Reporting to the L&D Manager, this collaborative and supporting part time role is responsible for the effective administration, coordinator, implementation and evaluation of learning programs for the office based employees at MSF Australia and New Zealand.   

You will oversee the Learning Management System (ELMO) and play a central role in: 

  • Administration – manage course creation, enrolments and updates in the LMS 
  • Planning, organisation and project management with end-to-end learning programs 
  • Stakeholder engagement – external liaison with vendors 
  • Provide learner support as the primary contact for L&D queries with employees 
  • Data management – collecting, tracking and reporting on learning activities  
  • Compliance with L&D best practice and data privacy 
  • Support budget management. 

As a champion for learning and development, the Coordinator will contribute to strengthening workforce capability, enhancing performance and fostering continuous growth across the organisation. 

 

What you will bring 

To be successful in this diverse and engaging role, you’ll enjoy building the capability of others and have a flair for increasing engagement with learning in a professional environment.   You will thrive in the not-for-profit sector contributing to a humanitarian aid organisation and ideally can demonstrate:  

  • Qualifications in HR, Education or Business Administration and experience in a L&D administration.   
  • Experience with training delivery methods and adult learning principles. 
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (Ideally ELMO) and MS Office suite. 
  • Proven ability to develop clear and effective training documentation. 
  • High level of organisation and competency managing competing tasks.  
  • Excellent interpersonal communications and presentation skills.
