Responsibilities of the role 

Reporting to the Senior Fundraising Manager - Philanthropy this collaborative role will assist the Major Giving and Mid Value programs with ad-hoc tasks across data, reporting, communications, events and donor stewardship. 

This new 6 month role will provide general administration support across the following accountabilities: 

  •  Maintaining and updating records in Salesforce 
  • Assisting with the development and distribution of donor communications 
  • Support the production of donor acquittal reports 
  • Support with philanthropy events 
  • Ensure compliance with ethical, legal and data protection standards.  

 

What you will bring 

To be successful in this busy and diverse admin role, you will be known for your strong attention to detail, organisation skills and time management abilities.  You will be motivated by developing your career in fundraising and being a part of a humanitarian aid organisation.  Ideally you can demonstrate:  

  • Administration or coordination experience preferably within fundraising, philanthropy or not for profit. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office – Salesforce or donor data base exp will be well regarded. 
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to research and draft donor facing material. 
  • Adaptability and confidence to support multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
