Responsibilities  

Reporting to the Head of Digital this key management role will shape the digital marketing strategy and lead a high-impact team to deliver multi-channel campaigns that build brand awareness, strengthen advocacy, and enhance the recruitment and engagement of Internationally Mobile Staff (IMS) across Australia and New Zealand. 

Accountabilities include fostering a collaborative culture and mentoring a team of three; creating engaging written and visual content and designing and evaluating digital campaigns; platform optimisation and enhancing the user experience through shaping integrated user journeys; and managing compliance, reporting, budgets, and supplier relationships. You will be central to connecting IMS with international project opportunities while amplifying MSF’s voice and values to the public.  

As the primary liaison with MSF international digital counterparts you will ensure the alignment of platform investments and content development as well as managing internal relationships with cross departmental teams.  

 

Requirements  

To be successful in this collaborative position, you will be known for your innovative thinking, positive management style, and proven ability to deliver targets.  Ideally you can demonstrate the following:   

  • Demonstrated success in digital marketing strategy development and execution  
  • Experience leading digital teams and stakeholder management 
  • Proficiency in CMS, CRM, SEO, analytics tools and marketing automation platforms 
  • Superior time management skills and ability to deliver to deadlines. 
  • Excellent copywriting, content development and editing experience 
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and insights to drive strategic decision making. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. 
  • Awareness of latest digital marketing trends
